Processing Time

Most wreaths are ready to ship and will be processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers, including UPS and USPS.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package size.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, most packages arrive within 2–7 business days depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, The Wreath Creator is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

The Wreath Creator is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact the shipping carrier.

We are happy to assist you in locating your package; however, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
