Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Wreath Creator.

Each wreath is handcrafted with care and designed to be a unique, one-of-a-kind creation. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed or shipped.

Please review all product photos, descriptions, dimensions, and policies carefully before making your purchase. If you have questions about a wreath before ordering, we are happy to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging each wreath to ensure it arrives safely.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged wreath
Photos of the shipping box and packaging
A brief description of the damage

Once reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for consideration.

Shipping Delays

The Wreath Creator is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist you in locating your package, but we cannot guarantee refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Product Care & Outdoor Use

To extend the life of your wreath, we recommend displaying it in a covered and protected area away from direct sunlight, rain, snow, and extreme weather conditions.

Normal fading, weather-related wear, or damage caused by improper care, storage, or exposure to the elements is not considered a product defect and is not eligible for refund or replacement.

Color Variations

We make every effort to accurately display the colors of our wreaths. However, colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor, phone, tablet, and screen settings.
